Kim was a founding partner of Roper Greyell. Now retired from the practice of law, Kim restricts his professional activities to acting as a lead negotiator at collective bargaining for select clients. He has over 35 years of experience as a negotiator of collective agreements in all sectors of the Canadian economy, in both public and private sectors. His excellent reputation as a fair and trustworthy negotiator who can achieve creative solutions at the bargaining table makes him a valuable asset on any collective bargaining team.

Kim enjoys skiing, fishing, cooking, traveling, and reading for fun. He has visited many different places and has many different stories to share about his experiences.
