As Chief Executive Officer, Linda is responsible for driving the firm’s vision and long-term strategy with an emphasis on client collaboration. Under her guidance, Roper Greyell is driving change in the legal industry by moving away from a traditional service-based legal business model to one that sees clients as partners and proactively puts their businesses first.
Linda has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of finance and operations. She obtained her CPA, CMA designation in 2000 and has since worked in many different industries across Canada, United Kingdom, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. Her experience prior to joining Roper Greyell includes working with organizations experiencing significant growth, multiple locations and services, and diverse client bases.
Focused on culture, people and personnel, Linda’s collaborative style is the perfect match to Roper Greyell’s culture. Her solid leadership skills in combination with Roper Greyell’s deep bench strength are two reasons the firm is one of Canada’s top boutique labour and employment firms.
Linda’s number one passion in life is travel. Living overseas for seven years changed her life. Discovering how human values and perspectives are the same and how they differ, and understanding where these views come from, has enriched her sense of how business is done around the world. Linda’s pursuit of a worldly perspective is especially relevant in a multi-cultural and global city like Vancouver.
