Pamela is an Associate Counsel at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law with a focus on workplace investigations and labour arbitrations.

Pamela brings to her workplace law practice several years of experience as a workplace investigator, with particular experience in the post-secondary education sector. Pamela also has experience with arbitration work for public-sector employers and unions, and Labour Relations Board matters. Prior to joining Roper Greyell, Pamela has practiced workplace law at several boutique firms in Metro Vancouver, predominantly in the education and healthcare sectors.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Pamela worked as an occupational health and safety manager in the healthcare sector in Toronto. She also recently held a position as a Director of Labour Relations for a large, provincially-regulated organization in the healthcare sector.

As a law student, Pamela worked as a research assistant for a law professor and volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. She currently sits on the executive board for the Canadian Bar Association’s Investigations Subsection group.

Away from the office, Pamela enjoys getting outside for a hike or run through the North Shore mountains. Back inside, she can be found trying her hand at textile arts: weaving tea towels, rugs and the like.
