Tamara regularly advises employers on a multitude of workplace issues, including hiring, terminations, discipline, policy development, and accommodation issues. Tamara also has extensive experience in helping clients navigate WorkSafeBC compensation matters and appeals.
A skilled and thoughtful public speaker, Tamara frequently presents on topical labour and employment law issues for clients and organizations.
In her spare time, Tamara enjoys volunteering with the YWCA as a mentor in their High School Mentorship Program. Outside the office, you can find Tamara exploring unofficial dog parks with her dog Benny.
