With a wealth of experience spanning 20 years, Adam began his journey at Roper Greyell in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2024, he became the second Chief Executive Officer in RG’s history, where he holds overall responsibility for the firm’s strategy and operations.
In his capacity as CEO, Adam is dedicated to enhancing overall business performance by developing and implementing initiatives aligned with the firm’s strategic plan. At the heart of Adam’s leadership philosophy is collaboration. He works closely with and oversees key departments such as Administration, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Professional Development, Marketing, and Information Technology, fostering the cohesive and cooperative environment that moves Roper Greyell forward.
Having previously served as Chief Financial Officer and a trusted consultant to business owners, Adam’s professional journey spans diverse industries, including financial services, capital markets, technology & media, and private equity. His collaborative leadership style has been a driving force behind successful strategic guidance and change management initiatives.
Recognized as a seasoned and trustworthy advisor to business executives, owners, and investors, Adam brings expertise in team leadership, strategic financial planning and implementation, as well as change and risk management to his role at RG.
Adam completed his post-secondary education at the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). Since 2020, he has been a member of the British Columbia Securities Commission’s Corporate Finance Stakeholder Forum, advising on policy initiatives, capital market trends and other emerging issues affecting the investment community. Beyond his professional endeavors, he has actively contributed to the community, serving as a former member of the Chapter Advisory Board (BC & Yukon) of Make-A-Wish Canada and holding roles such as past Treasurer and Director of the Vancouver Chamber Choir.
Outside of work, Adam is an enthusiastic traveler, delighting in trips to Europe and exploring the scenic beauty of British Columbia. At home, he enjoys the culinary arts, often pairing his cooking with a fine glass of wine.
