We provide our students with a diverse experience so that you can see the breadth of a workplace law practice including matters that are before labour relations boards, human rights tribunals, arbitrators, and courts. Every experience is different but every day our office deals with issues like workplace discipline and wrongful dismissal, bullying and harassment issues, workplace accidents, accommodation in the workplace, strikes and picketing, and privacy related matters. Students are involved in developing and executing strategies while working alongside experienced lawyers who are mentors every step of the way.
