Adam brings more than two decades of experience to his leadership of Roper Greyell, where he has held progressively senior roles since joining the firm in 2022. After serving as Chief Operating Officer, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024, only the second in Roper Greyell’s history, and became the firm’s first non-lawyer Partner in 2026. In these roles, Adam holds overall responsibility for the firm’s strategy, operations, and long-term performance.
Adam leads across the firm’s core business functions, including Administration, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Professional Development, Marketing, and Information Technology. His approach is grounded in collaboration, and he is focused on building a cohesive internal culture that allows Roper Greyell to consistently deliver for its clients.
His career has spanned the intersection of finance, strategy, and organizational leadership across financial services, capital markets, technology & media, and private equity. Having previously served as Chief Financial Officer and as a trusted advisor to business owners and investors, Adam brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, change management, and risk governance to the team at Roper Greyell.
Adam holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA, CMA) and completed his post-secondary education at the University of Alberta. For six years, he served as a member of the British Columbia Securities Commission’s Corporate Finance Stakeholder Forum, advising on policy initiatives, capital market trends, and emerging issues affecting the investment community. Beyond his professional life, he has contributed meaningfully to his community, including a ten-year tenure as a member of the Chapter Advisory Board (BC & Yukon) for Make-A-Wish Canada, now unified with Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, and five years as Treasurer and Director of the Vancouver Chamber Choir.
Outside of work, Adam is an avid traveler, drawn to the cultural richness of Europe and the natural beauty of British Columbia.
