As Chief Operating Officer, Adam is responsible for overseeing Roper Greyell’s ongoing operations. Adam focuses on improving overall business performance by formulating and executing initiatives in alignment with the objectives of the firm’s strategic plan.

With almost 20 years of experience in progressively senior roles in investments, operations and finance, Adam has most recently worked with companies across various industries, including technology & media and private equity, as Chief Financial Officer and as a consultant to business owners, providing strategic and business leadership and advice. An experienced and trusted advisor to business executives, owners and investors, Adam brings expertise in team leadership, strategic financial planning & implementation, and change & risk management to his role at Roper Greyell.

Adam completed his post-secondary education at the University of Alberta and has a CPA, CMA designation. He is a member of the Chapter Advisory Board (BC & Yukon) of Make-A-Wish Canada and Treasurer and Director of the Vancouver Chamber Choir. Adam is an avid traveler, enjoying trips with the family to Europe as well as exploring our beautiful province of B.C. When at home, Adam enjoys cooking with a nice glass of wine.
