Rachel Rabinovitch is the Human Resources Manager at Roper Greyell. As part of the Senior Management team, Rachel is the go-to person for all employee-related matters. She is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Her role also involves recruiting new employees and creating training and development programs for all employees.
Having worked in HR since 2007, Rachel has extensive knowledge and experience of various HR functions including recruitment, performance, employee relations, policies and procedures, as well as HR systems. Prior to Roper Greyell, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Consultant at a small-mid size law firm in the Tri-City area of Vancouver. Rachel is a collaborative leader and brings expertise in building and maintaining effective employment relationships.
Rachel graduated from BCIT with distinction in human resources management and advanced human resources management certificates. She also holds a Bachelor of General Studies from TRU and has been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) since 2021.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with her wife and daughter – camping, being near the water, and playing sports. She also enjoys baking – specifically sourdough and cake, and she is always on the hunt for the best vegetarian food in the city.
