Aaron is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law with a focus on employment, labour, human rights, privacy, and administrative issues.

Aaron develops creative and sensible solutions to workplace issues tailored to clients’ business and strategic needs. He assists employers with a variety of workplace issues, including discipline and termination, disability accommodation, harassment and discrimination, employment agreements, workplace policies, labour grievances, unfair labour practice complaints, collective bargaining, judicial review of administrative decisions, privacy complaints and inquiries, information access requests, data breaches, and workplace investigations.

Prior to joining Roper Greyell, Aaron practiced at an international law firm where he assisted provincially and federally regulated employers across a range of industries, including energy, retail, financial services, manufacturing, construction, transportation, warehousing, technology, not-for-profit, and telecommunications, as well as major public institutions in education and healthcare.

Aaron has represented employers and assisted senior counsel before courts and administrative bodies in British Columbia and Alberta, including superior and provincial courts, labour boards, labour arbitrators, human rights commissions and tribunals, privacy commissioners, workers’ compensation boards, and employment standards tribunals.

Outside the office, Aaron enjoys running (sometimes hobbling) in Stanley Park and the North Shore, visiting the mountains, as well as exploring Vancouver’s music and arts scenes.
