

Andrew Nicholl is an Associate with Roper Greyell practicing in the areas of management labour relations and employment law. Andrew’s practice includes collective bargaining on behalf of employers, employment standards, human rights, wrongful dismissal, workplace health and safety and constitutional law. Andrew has also advised federally regulated employers on various aspects of employment and labour law and legislative reform.
Andrew has experience representing clients before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, and before rights and interest labour arbitration boards.
