Norika is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of employment and labour law with a focus on arbitration, civil litigation and occupational health and safety prevention matters.

Norika has experience running a general civil litigation practice in the areas of insurance defence, health law and employment law, at a full-service firm in Vancouver. A well-rounded speaker, Norika has given presentations to clients on advancements in the law and has specifically presented on the changes to employment regulations during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Norika is a determined and passionate advocate for her clients. She takes an organized and structured approach when working with clients, ensuring they receive practical solutions in an efficient manner.

Prior to law school, Norika volunteered with the Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association and worked as a researcher in a neuroplasticity lab. During law school, Norika was the recipient of the Arthur Close, Q.C. Prize in Advanced Legal Research.

Away from the office, Norika stays active by running, hiking, and exploring BC’s beautiful landscape. She can also be found with a cup of coffee and a good book.
