Shayna (Clarke) Grubner is an associate at Roper Greyell where she practises in all areas of workplace law.

Prior to joining Roper Greyell, Shayna practised at a full-service national law firm, where she honed her skills in commercial litigation. During her tenure, Shayna navigated a diverse spectrum of matters, including collapsed real estate deals, contract disputes, employment matters, injunctions, and plans of arrangements. Her experience encompasses appearances before the Provincial Court of BC, the Supreme Court of BC, and the BC Court of Appeal.

Shayna is drawn to practising workplace law within a strong team-oriented environment. She is enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues who share her commitment to excellence in their practice areas.

During her studies at the University of Ottawa, she volunteered as a Triage Coordinator with Pro Bono Ontario at the Ottawa courthouse, assisting self-represented litigants with access to justice.

Outside of her legal practice, Shayna is a fitness enthusiast, enjoying activities such as yoga, pilates, and strength training. She also has a passion for travel, with one of her most memorable trips being to Japan last year.
