Talia Behrmann is an associate at Roper Greyell practicing in all areas of workplace law, with a particular interest in labour disputes.
Talia first joined Roper Greyell as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm. While at Roper Greyell, Talia has assisted in representing clients throughout many forums, including labour arbitration, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. She has also assisted in collective bargaining.
Drawn to Roper Greyell’s collaborative atmosphere and human-centered approach to workplace law, Talia finds that the firm’s environment aligns seamlessly with her commitment to working closely with clients to provide practical, and meaningful solutions.
Career highlights for Talia include her experience in drafting legal arguments and her hands-on approach to resolving complex issues with clients.
Throughout her law school years, Talia actively engaged in volunteer activities and community initiatives, including volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada, and working as an Amicus Tutor for first-year law students.
In her free time, Talia enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
