Gabrielle is a founding partner* at Roper Greyell and member of the firm’s management committee, responsible for professional talent at the firm.
Gabrielle advises public and private sector organizations in the municipal, retail, transportation, hospitality and manufacturing sectors in unionized and non-union environments. She takes a proactive and practical approach to workplace issues, learning about her client’s businesses to deliver the best solutions for each workplace.
As an advocate, Gabrielle is a skilled and articulate lawyer for her clients in grievance arbitrations, court actions and labour board matters. A significant part of Gabrielle’s practice involves advising on employment related human rights issues and appearing as counsel before human rights tribunals. She frequently conducts workplace investigations and provides training on a wide range of topics relating to workplace law.
Gabrielle enjoys the outdoors, road trips and spending time with her family. She can be found gardening and practicing yoga.
