Abigail is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law with a focus on labour law and human rights work.

A labour law enthusiast at heart, Abigail enjoys working closely with her clients to understand their businesses and help them navigate the complexities of the modern workplace.  She is a skilled advocate for her clients and has appeared before the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Labour Relations Board, and in arbitral proceedings.

In addition to her legal practice, Abigail volunteers her time as a Board Member of the Sooke Fine Arts Society and as an editor of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC’s Due Diligence Desk book.

Away from the office, Abigail can be found trying new restaurants with family and friends, travelling, gardening, and going to the beach with her dog, Milo. Indoors, she enjoys watching reality TV and finding new interior design inspiration.
