Andrew Hefford is an associate at Roper Greyell where he practises in all areas of workplace law.

Prior to joining Roper Greyell, Andrew practiced at a national business law firm in Vancouver. Andrew comes with experience in the areas of Labour and Employment, and Commercial Litigation.

Andrew’s passion lies in the pursuit of innovative and pragmatic approaches to address the needs of his clients. His interest is captivated by the human aspect of employment law, and he enjoys aiding clients in uncovering resourceful resolutions to their diverse business needs.

While a student at TRU, Andrew co-chaired the annual law conference, organized a well-attended event on the Power of Law, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and played a key role in Environmental Law Club negotiations.

Career highlights for Andrew include representing clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as several administrative tribunals.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys pursuing outdoor activities including, hiking, skiing and exploring Vancouver with his family.
