Daniel Hsieh is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law. He first joined the firm as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm.

Daniel’s enthusiasm lies in discovering innovative and pragmatic approaches to assist his clients. Daniel looks forward to continuing to develop strong client relationships in his workplace law practice at Roper Greyell.

As a part of the firm’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Law practice, Daniel has helped clients solve privacy related issues at the workplace.

Daniel has also led and assisted numerous files at the WorkSafeBC Review Division and at the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal, addressing on issues such as workplace injury claims, prohibited action complaints, and administrative penalties. Additionally, Daniel has successfully represented clients in labour arbitrations.

Outside of the office, Daniel is a competitive, recreational volleyball player and enjoys taking his motorcycle around BC.
