Donna Chapman-Jones is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law. Donna first joined Roper Greyell as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm.

Donna values the opportunity to work and learn from like-minded lawyers who are committed to providing the highest level of client care in the industry. She is drawn to the human element of workplace law and offers clients empathy as she strategically evaluates their issues. Donna also employs her strong problem solving skills in assisting clients find solutions for their business challenges.

Career highlights for Donna at Roper Greyell include preparing clients and witnesses for hearings, running her own ESB claim file, drafting arguments, and supporting clients with a broad range of workplace issues.

While a student at UBC, Donna completed a year at the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic and worked as a Research Assistant focusing on sexual assault law.

As a law student, Donna has been the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the Joseph M Prodor Prize in Torts, Faculty Women’s Club Anne Wesbrook Scholarship, and Norton Rose Fulbright Entrance Award.

Outside the office, you can find Donna at a spin class, by the water, or taking in the best of Vancouver’s restaurant scene with her husband.
