Kaikai is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law. His extensive background in both civil litigation and workplace law is a strong asset to the clients he advises. Kaikai is known for delivering pragmatic solutions to complex workplace issues.
An experienced trial lawyer, Kaikai has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as before various tribunals and commissions, including the Canadian Human Rights Commission. His prior role as in-house counsel for a large Crown corporation, combined with his experience in private practice, provides him with a distinct and well-rounded perspective on employment and labour law matters.
Away from the office, this former forestry worker enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, travelling, and tending to (a large collection of) houseplants.
