Kate is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law with a focus on human rights, workplace investigations, and all aspects of the litigation process. Kate first joined Roper Greyell as a summer student and then completed her articles with the firm.
Career highlights for Kate at Roper Greyell include conducting investigations, preparing witnesses for hearings, drafting arguments, and supporting clients with a broad range of workplace issues. Kate is drawn to the human element of workplace law and enjoys helping clients find creative solutions for their different business needs. She enjoys developing strong client relationships in her workplace law practice at Roper Greyell.
While a law student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, Kate participated in the judicial externship program, acting as extern for a number of judges in the B.C. Provincial Courts. She has also volunteered at a legal advocacy clinic for women on the Downtown Eastside.
Away from the office, Kate enjoys a variety of outdoor activities in the summer, and during the cooler months, moves indoors to the local cafes to continue her search for the perfect London Fog.
