Rebecca is Associate Counsel at Roper Greyell and practices in all areas of workplace law, with a particular focus on human rights, workplace investigations, and labour relations.
Rebecca brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex workplace issues. In addition to her firm-based practice, she has worked in-house with international organizations, where she advised senior leadership on high-risk employment matters, enterprise-wide policy development, and large-scale compliance and change initiatives. This experience allows Rebecca to provide clients with advice that is not only legally sound, but also operationally realistic.
Rebecca regularly advises employers on managing risk, including accommodation management, instances of harassment, discrimination and discipline, and labour relations.
Rebecca brings a balanced and strategic perspective to her work. She is known for her pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach, and for her ability to navigate legally and factually complex situations while maintaining focus on long term outcomes.
Outside of the office, Rebecca can be found mountain biking, trail running, or cross-country skiing, and enjoying life in Squamish with her partner and rescue dog.
