Teodora is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law with a particular interest in workplace investigations, human rights, and labour disputes. Teodora first joined Roper Greyell as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm.

Teodora is drawn to the human-centered approach of workplace law and enjoys helping clients find solutions for their different business needs. While a student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, Teodora worked as a Clinic Head for the Law Students Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and as a Workshop Leader for the Legal Education Outreach program.
In her spare time, Teodora can be found reading a good book or enjoying time outdoors.
