Roper Greyell Welcomes Adam Garvin to the Partnership

April 13, 2026

Roper Greyell is proud to announce that its Chief Executive Officer, Adam Garvin, has joined the firm’s partnership. This appointment is a landmark moment for the firm and a distinction that sets Roper Greyell apart: Adam is among a very small number of non-lawyers to have been admitted as a partner of a Canadian law firm.

Adam joined Roper Greyell as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and became the firm’s Chief Executive Officer in 2024. In both roles, Adam has been a driving force behind the firm’s operational excellence, its client service delivery, and its continued growth as one of Canada’s leading law firms. His leadership has left a clear mark on the firm’s culture and strategic direction, and his admission to the partnership is a natural and well-deserved recognition of that contribution.

“Adam’s journey to equity partnership is a reflection of the extraordinary leader he has become and the profound impact he has had on every aspect of our firm,” said Sandra Guarascio, Partner and member of Roper Greyell’s Management Committee. “His business acumen, his commitment to our people and clients, and his embodiment of our firm’s values make this a natural and exciting next step. We are proud to welcome Adam to the partnership and look forward to everything he will continue to bring to Roper Greyell.”

“Joining Roper Greyell’s partnership is a deeply meaningful milestone for me, both personally and professionally. The firm has been my chosen home, and this step only deepens my commitment to the people and the purpose that make Roper Greyell exceptional. My focus remains the same as it has since my first day: to work alongside our partners, our team members, and our clients to advance our shared vision and to help shape Roper Greyell’s future,” said Adam Garvin, Partner and Chief Executive Officer.

Under the Law Society of British Columbia’s framework for multi-disciplinary practices, non-lawyer partners may be admitted where specific eligibility criteria are met. Following a formal application and review process, the Law Society granted approval for Adam’s admission to the partnership – a testament to his professional qualifications and the pivotal leadership role he has built at the firm.

Congratulations, Adam!
