Eliza is an associate at Roper Greyell practicing in all areas of workplace law, including employment, human rights, administrative law, and workplace investigations.  She has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.
