Kristi Wong is an associate at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of workplace law. Kristi’s previous experience includes time at an international law firm, where she advised employers across various industries, including significant experience in the oil and gas sector.

Kristi has successfully represented clients before the Alberta Employment Standards Branch, Alberta Court of King’s Bench, Alberta Court of Justice, and the Alberta Labour Relations Board.

Known for her strategic approach and commitment to finding practical solutions, Kristi is a tenacious advocate who works closely with clients to provided tailored solutions as they navigate complex workplace issues. She frequently writes and speaks on emerging trends in employment law, offering insightful analysis on legislative updates and key cases. She is a published author in the Canadian Cannabis Law Review and Lexology.
