Rebecca assists employers in managing employee and labour-related risk through advice and consultation on matters such as discipline, harassment, accommodation, and the drafting and interpretation of workplace policies and contracts. She focuses on resolving her clients’ workplace problems in a practical and creative manner, with an emphasis on developing long-term solutions.

Joining the firm’s privacy practice, Rachel brings extensive experience from her time at the Vancouver office of an international firm as well as a workplace law boutique to Roper Greyell.

Rachel’s practice encompasses privacy and cybersecurity law, and she maintains a broad dispute resolution practice with an emphasis on disputes involving technology, privacy, and data security. She looks forward to expanding her dispute resolution practice into all areas of workplace law at Roper Greyell.

Roper Greyell is excited to welcome Kailey Hubele to the firm as an associate.

Kailey brings extensive workplace law knowledge and experience from her time at three large national firms to her practice at Roper Greyell. A notable career highlight for Kailey was being part of the Labour and Employment team that handled a $348 million acquisition of a Canadian intellectual property firm by a foreign intellectual property services firm.

Kailey focuses her workplace law practice toward day-to-day advisory work on employment-related concerns through all stages of the employer-employee relationship, as well as human rights claims and employment standards complaints.

In becoming Associate Counsel, Roper Greyell recognizes Jordan’s experience as a trusted, dependable advisor to clients, track record of success in his practice, and overall contribution to the firm.

Jordan first joined Roper Greyell in 2018 after moving to BC from Toronto. Since then, Jordan has been an integral part of the firm and particularly Roper Greyell’s privacy practice, helping clients and colleagues navigate day-to-day privacy issues with steady, practical advice.

This appointment to Associate Counsel recognizes Jordan’s expertise and contributions to Roper Greyell as both an excellent lawyer and caring colleague. Jordan will continue to serve as the firm’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Law Practice Leader and Privacy Officer.
