Congratulations to Seamus Lim-Heley and Tinashe Muzah, the Allard School of Law’s Moot Team, who, in a nail-biter split decision before the Honorable Malcolm Rowe (Justice, Supreme Court of Canada), Bryan O’Byrne (Chair, Ontario Labour Relations Board), and Jennifer Glougie (Chair, BC Labour Relations Board), placed second at the 2024 National Labour Arbitration Competition in Toronto.
